Columbia First Assembly ministers to central Columbia and beyond. Through maintaining a strong devotion to our roots, a passion for local and foreign missions, and a desire to maintain a family-friendly atmosphere, we are enjoying a new season of life. We are blessed to have a variety of diverse ministries dedicated to service and to building a community of faith.

Tracy Cook
Tracy CookLead Pastor
Pastor Tracy is a Columbia native, having grown up here at Columbia First Assembly, and is a 1983 Hickman High School graduate. After graduating, Pastor Tracy attended Central Bible College in Springfield, MO. He has served eleven years as a youth pastor in Indiana and Kansas City, MO and four years as an associate pastor. He became Columbia First Assembly’s Senior Pastor in 2002. His wife Joy is an Omaha, Nebraska, native and is a music teacher by trade. Pastor Tracy and Joy have two children, Hannah and Abbie.
Joseph Lanham
Joseph LanhamAssociate Pastor
Joseph moved to Columbia in 2002 to attend the University of Missouri and liked the town so much he never left! After graduating with a B.A. in Psychology in 2006, he married his High School sweetheart Elaine and spent 10 months interning with Chi Alpha at UCLA. After returning from the west coast Joseph spent several years on staff with Mizzou Chi Alpha before accepting a position at CFA. In November of 2013, Joseph took on the exciting new role of Student Ministries Pastor where he gets to hang out with the amazing students of CFA Student Ministries. His wife Elaine is a full time stay at home mom for their two sons, Alex and Rhett.
